1.3 Can i become an Hibiscus House Vendor immediately after application approval?
All Hibiscus House of Luxury Agreement forms are acquired through application approval only. It is mandatory for all new and returning vendors to complete an application form before signing a vendor agreement, however, rental spaces are limited, and application approval does not guarantee immediate store access. Receipt of a vendor agreement means that your partnership has been accepted at Hibiscus House of luxury LLC.
1.4 Will i need a business Logo as an Hibiscus House vendor?
It is mandatory for All vendors and service providers to have a professional business logo for indoor/outdoor display and online advertising. This will assist us in properly marketing and advertising your products/brand. If you do not currently have a business sign or logo you can create one, have one created professionally, or consult with our Hibiscus House representative to create one for you at small one-time fee which will be bundled with the vendor admission fee.
2 Vendor Agreements
2.1 What are the terms of a Short-Term Booth Rental?
With compliance of store operational hours individuals operating under a Short-Term Rental Agreement can provide service to the public, however this agreement is valid for 6 consecutive calendar days ONLY as it is in compliance with Hibiscus House weekly operation days: Monday through Saturday. There is no daily clientele limit under this agreement, however Hibiscus House holds a strict No Loitering policy; in respect of all other service providers operating in the studio all visiting non-customers or clients must limit their time in-house to 30 minutes or less.
TEMPRARY RENTAL TERMS:
- You may operate between 1-6 days within the week range you have selected. (one day minimum, six days maximum)
- You MUST select and commit to selected daily service hours.

- You will be given a standard booth space equipped with basic furniture.
- You are required to provide any additional equipment needed outside of a work chair and table.
- You are responsible for the setup and take down of your booth daily.
- You will be able to set up your tools and design your booth however you see fit as long as it coordinates with store standards and design.
2.2 What are the terms of a Long-Term Consignment Agreement?
This Consignment Agreement is designed for businesses that prefer to have tangible inventory at their Hibiscus House Location. The option of Consignment is for businesses with medium to large inventories that want a second (or more affordable)location for their products or single-product businesses that are interested in advertising/launching their product in a new location for the purpose of gaining product awareness or new clientele.
Large shelving units
If this consignment option is chosen vendors will pay a booth fee for their shelving space and a small percentage will be deducted from monthly sales for Customer Service commission.
Our house representative will consult with you to curate your products into the store. This means that once you sign an agreement, we will look at your products and decide which items we think will sell best. Not all products will be chosen initially, but products we don't select at first may be selected for future seasons.

2.3 What are the terms of a (Small display) Consignment Agreement?
If the display consignment option is chosen vendors will pay a standard display fee and small percentage will be deducted from monthly sales for Customer Service commission.
This option is intended for business that have a single product line and small products; for example: digital devices, books, candles, skincare products, jewelry, natural supplements, accessories and other compact items. Our house representative will consult with you to curate your products for the store, we will look at your product offering and decide if this vendor plan better suits your product size and type.

3 Business Promotions at Hibiscus House
3.1 How can Hibiscus House help promote my business?
You may be spotlighted on our future website, blog, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other social media pages while your products are for sale in our store. We’ll pull from your photos, with permission, so make sure to send us images you’re proud to share!
- If you chose to enhance your business using our Brand & Marketing Bundle, we will provide you with an electronic packet of graphics to use on your social media accounts to advertise the store, grand opening, any specials or promotional days and workshops that we arrange.
- We will release announcements to the public, do extensive social media advertising, as well as place posters around the island to get traffic to the store. If you would like posters to take to local businesses yourself, please make sure to pick some up when you visit us in store.
- We encourage vendors to advertise through their own Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media.
4 Vendor Services & Fees
